I just got a letter saying that my license will cost me half of what it costed me last year and my favorite band Periphery just released an EP. I'm deeply in love with it!!!!!!!!!!!!

For the folks not in the know...including me aparently.

Periphery - Racecar. I like the band lots more since they made a song called this. The vocals can really go for it. Very good. I'm just not quite a fan of the music produced.

I see what you mean about Summer Jam, it's lovely and when they combine both voices it's just...heaven. Still, Feed the Ground and The Paradise of Ashes are both my favorites. I just can't stop listening to them!

The funny thing is that 3-5 years ago, I found out about Periphery with the song Jetpack was Yes!. I decided to check all their old work (mostly from Misha Mansoor before he created the band) and I didn't know what to check. I saw Racecar, laugh a bit and clicked on it. I was hooked and I even saw them in concert! They are awesome!!!

I don't follow them, the last I've heard from them is The Great Misdirect from 2009, which is around when my friends turned me on to them. It seems they've released 2 more so I'll have to check those out at some point. I'm more of a grunge guy.
